Museum Victoria, 2008 – ongoing
Whitecube was employed by the Immigration Museum to develop the 3D components of the travelling exhibition, Destination Australia. The scope of work included a modular wall system which would accommodate graphic panels, portholes and multimedia screens and equipment, showcase design and object layout, and settings of chairs on a ship deck and suitcases on a pier. The exhibition explores the process of journey and arrival to Australia and the significant ships and ports in Australia’s immigration history.
